Airline Information
Airfare pricing to our destinations is significantly affected by when you want to travel.
All of our online packages are priced from low season, and do not include airfare unless otherwise noted.
Basic Season:
Traveling during the basic season will give you the best deals. During this time, the weather in many of our destinations may not be ideal. To hit basic season, you must depart the USA for your vacation during either of the following periods:
- May 1 – June 8
- July 24 – September 21
Shoulder Season:
To hit shoulder (in between) season, you must depart the USA for your vacation during one of the following periods:
- February 1 – April 30
- June 9 – July 23
- September 27 – December 8
Peak Season:
Traveling during the peak season will mean more expensive flights. During this time, the weather in many of our destinations is ideal. To hit peak season, you must depart the USA for your vacation during one of the following periods:
- December 9 – January 31
In some cases, it may also cheaper to travel during the week, Monday through Thursday and more expensive on the weekend, Friday through Sunday. Please keep in mind that flight routes may be limited from some of destinations back to the US. So it best to be a bit flexible on your departure and arrival dates.
Special Airfares:
Airfare sales are often announced by airlines to help increase flight bookings during slow periods or to match fares offered by competitive airlines. These fares are typically announced on short notice (e.g. 1 day – 3 months prior to the required date of travel). We can help you take advantage of those airfare sales.
